LA4 FOR PRINT ENGINES

Description

The LA4 print&apply system, combined with 4“ or 6” printhead print engines, is a pneumatic linear applicator that enables real-time printing and application of adhesive labels on the surface of a stationary or moving product. The machine can be installed for side, top or bottom applications. This solution can be easily integrated into any production line and is available for numerous types of print engines, such as Avery, Cab, Carl Valentin, Sato, TSC or Zebra.

The system features a cushioned applicator plate with 4 springs. The labels being applied are held on the applicator plate through vacuum. Application is done through a pneumatic piston, and a optical fiber contact sensor detects successful application.

The system is compact, reducing the space required for mechanical and electrical components while ensuring their protection.
